Shipping policy
DELIVERY
Currently, we deliver to the UK, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands only.
We aim to despatch orders within 7 working days of order receipt so under normal circumstances, your purchase should be with you within 10 working days of order.
We use Royal Mail, DPD and MyHermes to deliver your orders, selecting the most appropriate for the size and weight of your items.
Whilst we are able to track that an item has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for the service of our carriers, nor can we be held responsible for delays due to adverse weather, strikes, system breakdowns or COVID 19.
Should you require a day-specific guaranteed fully tracked service, please do contact us before ordering and we will inform you of the additional cost for this service.
FAULTY GOODS OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 7 working days of receipt. All items should then be returned within 20 days of receipt. You will be offered either a replacement or full refund including return postage to your payment card. Please information below on how to return goods.
